Arbex, a new global player in tissue and hygiene, commences operations as an independent business and unveils details of its brand, leadership team, and company structure. Announced in June 2025 as a $3.4 billion joint venture between pulp supplier Suzano and consumer goods and personal care producer Kimberly-Clark Corporation, the new business will manufacture, market and distribute consumer and professional products across more than 70 markets on five continents.

This next-generation equipment will increase the site's production capacity while enhancing product quality. The installation of the new equipment, a $15 M investment, will take place over a period of 9 months. This builds on a $14 M investment made in recent years, for a total investment of $29 M.
