Concetti S.p.A.: Fourth Generation at the Helm

After more than a century of history and fifty years of innovation in the packaging machinery sector, Concetti S.p.A. announces a new phase in its growth journey, marked by a governance transition that combines continuity with renewal. With the designation of Emanuele and Riccardo Concetti as Chief Executive Officers, the fourth generation of the family reaffirms its commitment to leading the company. This step blends strong roots with a forward-looking vision, with the aim of strengthening the group’s international positioning.

Today, Concetti S.p.A. is highly export-oriented, with revenues of €60 million in 2025, over 80% of which generated outside Italy. The company serves more than 1,500 clients across 60 countries worldwide, with a manufacturing headquarters in Umbria (Italy) and international offices in the United States, Brazil, and Australia.

“Our goal is to make Concetti even more global, delivering solutions that truly make a difference for our customers,” said Riccardo Concetti.

The new governance structure reflects the balance between experience and innovative drive that defines the company’s approach. Emanuele and Riccardo Concetti will lead the business with an increasingly strong focus on technological innovation, digitalization, and sustainable development. Alongside them, Francesco Concetti, Member of the Board of Directors and Operations Director, will ensure operational continuity and strategic alignment across the processes.

The fundamental contribution of Teodoro and Giuseppe Concetti, the company’s founders - now Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, respectively - also continues. Their experience and strategic vision remain a key point in addressing market challenges and future opportunities.
